PROACTIVE PLAN FOR ALL ANIMALS IN THE PATH OF THE LAVA.
Since County won't do anything proactively until after more disaster strikes and won't allow outside experts in to help, WE WILL DO IT OURSELVES. WE NEED FUNDING for kennels, traps, dog houses, rental trucks to move the animals to a safe location which has been donated for use. We will need a local team to set up the shelter structures and then to move the animals. The County is working on the existing situation, we are working on the impending situation. By all expert accounts, there is lots more to come.
Please call the Salvation Army Donation Line for hours. Call (808) 756-0306.
